Terms of Service
The artist is not responsible for any problems that arise without reading the notice.- This commission can be used for commercial streaming / YouTube / VTubing purposes.- You have the right in model and design. The artist will not duplicate or sell the design and any parts.- Completed works are only provided with moc3 extension files. (The cmo3 extension file containing the work process is provided for 100% of the fee.)- The assistant is responsible for basic tasks (messaging, grouping warp defoamer). Please keep that in mind.- All works can be used for promotional and portfolio purposes. If you do not wish, we will proceed privately after paying an additional fee.- Do not resell the model unless the artist explicitly authorized it.- Payment must be made in advance through PayPal. (bank transfer in Korea)- By proceeding with this request, on behalf of you and the artist, the customer agrees to amend the original artwork to noahhnim.PSD)- Unlimited modifications are available for 30 days after the delivery date. However, changes or additions to art assets, additions/changes of functions, and additional modifications after 30 days will be charged according to the request.Revocation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel before the operation, we will refund you excluding 5% of the total cost.
If the cancellation is initiated by the customer, the refund amount will vary depending on the workload, and if noahhnim voluntarily proceeds with the cancellation, we will refund you 100%.*Let me know if you are planning a debut event! We can postpone the pre-release for SNS.
